She Rode West is opening in early 2027, and this website is currently a preview of what's coming. It collects almost nothing — here's the full picture.

Information you give us. The site currently has no forms, so the only information you might provide is through a purchase, if and when our online store is active. In that case, payment is handled by our website platform's payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard visitor analytics on our behalf — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to help us understand interest in the restaurant and keep the site secure. This data stays within our website platform. We do not use advertising pixels, ad-network trackers, session-recording tools, or chat services.

Cookies. The site uses essential cookies required for it to function, plus optional Squarespace analytics cookies that are only placed if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. You can decline, and change your choice any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link.

Third-party services. Squarespace hosts the site, and the typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. That's the complete list.
